Meet Our Members | May 2019
Name and Occupation: Jennifer Wilhelm, Co-Owner
Business Name: Fat Peach Farm
How long have you been a member of NOFA-NH? Since 2013!

Why did you become a member of NOFA-NH? We really appreciate the work NOFA-NH does for organic growers; sharing resources, educating, advocating, and networking around sustainable agriculture.
How has NOFA-NH impacted your business? NOFA-NH has connected us to resources and people to help us manage our farm more efficiently.
What's your number one priority for NOFA-NH this year? We would like to see a workshop/more discussion/policy around soil carbon credits. Soil carbon storage is an important part of regenerative agriculture, and incentivizing management practices that increase carbon storage would be good for farmers, local ecosystems, and mitigating climate change.
What advice do you have for anyone thinking about becoming a NOFA-NH member? Don't wait! Supporting NOFA-NH contributes to building a stronger, more connected organic agriculture community in the state!

Does your business have any upcoming activities or events you would like to share with the NOFA-NH community? We have our annual plant sale coming up on Memorial Day weekend. Check out our website for more details.
