30 Second Farmer Video Submission Form

We're inviting organic farmers to create a 30-second video sharing what organic certification means to their farm.  We have limited funding for 30 videos, so get your video in soon. If your video is one of the 30, you'll receive a $100 stipend from NOFA-NH as a thank you for your time. One submission per farm/farmer.

Your video should include:

  • Your name

  • Your farm name and location

  • Your answer to one question: "What value does organic certification bring to your farm?

Video Requirement

  • Maximum length: 30 seconds

  • Record in Portrait (vertical) orientation (landscape videos cannot be accepted)

  • File format: .mp4 or .mov

FILMING TIPS:

  • Be close to the phone when speaking

  • Use the back camera (turn the phone around - no selfies. The back camera has better resolution)

  • Hold the phone within 2 feet so that audio can be picked up, speak loudly - don't yell though,

  • If moving, move slower than normal, talk & move at the same time, but face the phone

  • Use a tripod or another person as your tripod, if you have either around

  • Turn on stabilizing, if you have it

  • Don't record into the sun, be aware of the background

  • Wipe the lens clean

By submitting this video, you understand that you are giving NOFA-NH permission to publicly use the content on our marketing and outreach channels. This video will be shared with USDA via TOPP.
