Our 2026 theme, From Soil to Sawdust: How New Hampshire Makes Ag Happen, brings the full story to life — showing how New Hampshire’s natural resources are transformed into the food we eat, the tools we use, and the products that support everyday life.

Seed saving can become a source of income, make farms more independent and resilient, and improve genetic biodiversity. It’s not just for farms; backyard growers, gardeners, and conservationists can utilize seed saving techniques to preserve local native species, heirloom crops, and more.
The National Organic Standards Board (Board) will meet to discuss the following topics: substances petitioned for addition to, or deletion from, the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances (National List); substances due to sunset from the National List in 2028; and recommendations on organic regulations.

Participant withdraws from event 21 days or more prior to event, subject to $20 minimum non-refundable fee
