Farmer & Gardener Services

NOFA-NH is proud to serve a diverse community of farmers, gardeners, and eaters through education, farmer services, food access, policy and advocacy.
Each winter, NOFA-NH hosts our annual Winter Conference, a convergence of the various stakeholders in the organic farming, gardening, and food movement in New Hampshire and beyond. Join us to learn from experts and think critically about the future our food system as we anticipate the arrival of spring and our next growing season.
NOFA-NH organizes programs such as field days, a gardening series, book studies, and listening sessions, bringing together farmers, home growers, food system workers, and organic advocates. Our goal is to teach sustainable practices, foster networking opportunities, and create chances for learning and collaboration, all while strengthening and improving the local food system for a more resilient future.
NOFA-NH hosts a variety of fun, community-focused events like community days and summer music on the farm. These gatherings are designed to build connections, celebrate local farms, and bring people together in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Our goal is to strengthen community bonds, foster a deeper connection to local agriculture, and create memorable experiences for all ages.
The Transition to Organic Partnership Program is a USDA Agricultural Marketing Service that builds partnership networks in six regions across the United States with trusted organizations serving direct farmer training, education and outreach activities. NOFA-NH is one of the Core Partners in TOPP along with the many other organizations in the region.
NOFA-NH's annual Spring Bulk Order is a collective buying program for organic farming and gardening supplies. Small-scale gardeners and large-scale farmers can participate. There are many items to choose from and special orders are happily accepted. No minimum purchase required. No shipping charges.
NOFA-NH offers programs and resources to help farmers through the organic certification transition process: the Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). Through TOPP, NOFA-NH runs a mentorship program to support transitioning farmers for a year or more and offers technical assistance to transitioning and already certified producers.
NOFA-NH's Farm Share Program provides funds and support for New Hampshire residents with limited incomes to purchase certified organic Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares, also known as farm shares, at discounted prices across the state.
NOFA-NH's Organic Farm and Food Map allows you to find certified organic farms and producers throughout the state of New Hampshire by name, location or product sold or handled and to learn more about NOFA-NH certified organic member farms. You can find farms by using our interactive food guide map.
NOFA-NH shares and acts on local and national opportunities to support sustainable, organic and regenerative agriculture, farmers and farmworkers, land access, climate resilience, an equitable food system, and more.
