Organic Gardening Series
Looking to start your own home garden or expand your small-scale operation? NOFA-NH's "Feeding the Family" Organic Gardening Workshop Series is designed for home gardeners and small-scale growers who want to develop practical skills in growing food and managing livestock. Whether you're just beginning or looking to deepen your knowledge, this series covers essential techniques for creating a thriving, self-sufficient home garden or market garden operation.
Speakers from near and far will guide you through a series of webinars and hands-on workshops tailored to the needs of beginner to intermediate growers. You’ll learn everything from soil care and crop rotation to raising small livestock, all with a focus on sustainable practices for home-scale and small-scale production. While some content may apply to larger, commercial operations, the series is centered on providing knowledge that is directly applicable to smaller, more manageable gardens.
Join us to gain the skills you need to feed your family, improve your garden’s productivity, and start or refine your own self-sufficient operation!
