Join Baird Swift of Haynes Dairy to hear how his methods of pasturing dairy cows. New this year to Baird is raising a small number of goats using waste milk from his cows.

We will also hear from the Northeast Organic Family Farm Partnership (NOFFP). NOFFP’s mission is to grow a thriving economy for Northeast organic dairy farms by sharing their milk, stories, and values with groceries, schools, and communities across the region.
