Meat Processing Workgroup: Fact-Finding Listening Session

The NH Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food, in partnership with the NH Food Alliance, has convened a Meat Processing Workgroup, bringing together representatives from state agencies, agricultural organizations, and other partners to better understand the challenges facing New Hampshire livestock producers and explore practical solutions to improve access to slaughter and meat processing services. 

We want to hear directly from livestock producers. The workgroup invites you to join us for a fact-finding conversation about the challenges you face getting your animals slaughtered and processed. Hearing about your direct experiences will help inform the workgroup's efforts and identify opportunities for action.
