NOFA-NH volunteers participated in a May Day International Workers Day rally earlier this month to advocate for immigrant farm workers, fair labor practices, equitable policies, and inclusive communities that uphold the dignity and rights of all workers, regardless of their origin.

The Northeast Organic Farming Association Interstate Council (NOFA IC) joined a broad lawsuit to challenge the Trump administration’s unlawful reorganization of the federal government. The lawsuit was filed on April 28 by a multi-sector coalition that includes nationwide labor organizations, cities and counties, and vital non-profit groups.
