A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Kathy worked as a health coach for six years before focusing on serving as an Area Coordinator for California's Label GMOs ballot initiative, authoring numerous health-focused articles, and testifying on food and health policy issues before local and state governing bodies. A longtime gardener and homesteader, Kathy is committed to sustainable living and strengthening local food systems.

Kathy previously served as a Weston A. Price Foundation chapter leader in Southern California and Northeast Massachusetts and is now launching a new chapter serving North Grafton County, New Hampshire, which inc Franconia, Littleton, Bethlehem, Monroe, Lyman, Lisbon, Sugar Hill, Bath, Landaff, and Easton.

The chapter's “Meet Your Local Farmers & Foodies” launch event, open to the public, will be held on June 20 from 2:00–4:00 PM at Iron Furnace Brewing in Franconia, NH. The chapter will serve as a resource for individuals and families seeking healthier food choices, traditional food preparation methods, and connections to local food producers.

Community members interested in local agriculture, traditional foods, nutrition, and wellness are encouraged to get involved. Through education, networking, and support for local food systems, Kathy Lynch hopes to strengthen connections between consumers, farmers, and the food traditions that support healthy, resilient communities.
