How to use this webpage
We are so glad you registered to attend the 2026 NOFA-NH Winter Conference. It is going to be a great day!
This webpage is only for those who registered for the event. It contains all of the pertinent information you will need for the day. Please review the full webpage before the conference. Some things may be added or amended before the event so check back periodically.

Conference Booklet
A digital copy of the conference booklet will be available soon and will be uploaded here once it is ready. A QR code linking to the digital version will also be provided at check-in for easy access. In addition, printed copies will be available at check-in for those who prefer a paper version.
Directions & Parking
Colby Sawyer College in New London, NH
Meeting Location: Ware Student Center
Check In: Wheeler Hall/Room (Top floor of the student center)
Parking is location near the Student Center, with the largest lot located next to the Hogan Sports Center. Those in need of handicap parking may park directly next to the Ware Student Center. Click the campus map button for an interactive map of Colby Sawyer.

Enjoy an opening panel with everyone in the main meeting room. We will begin the panel with a few updates on the day.

Seed Swap
Everyone is encouraged to bring unused seeds from home to participate in the seed swap!
There will be a table setup where you can leave seeds and/or take some with you. Instructions will be on the table when you arrive. NOFA-NH will have labels available for any seeds dropped off. You can print them ahead of time if desired!

Community Table & Classifieds
A table will be set up near check in where anyone can drop off marketing material, notices, or news of any kind. There will also be a board where classifieds can be hung for the community to see. All are welcome to drop material or hang notices at the table!

Sleeping accommodations are limited in the area. There are local Inns nearby that do offer accommodations and a couple larger hotels near Lake Sunapee. Additional accommodations would be found in Concord or Lebanon.

Food and Refreshments
Your ticket includes food and refreshments throughout the day.
We have been working extensively with the Colby Sawyer College catering team to elevate the food and refreshments during the conference. We’re proud to feature a *menu highlighting local farms, bakeries, and producers across New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts.
Breakfast items are small bites only. We encourage eating something ahead of time if able.
