Jim Watt is the owner of Concord Bee Company, a small family-run apiary based in Concord, New Hampshire. As a teacher and beekeeper, Jim is passionate about fostering connections between local food production, environmental stewardship, and education. Through his work with honeybees, he promotes sustainable beekeeping practices and supports the health of pollinators that are essential to New England agriculture. Jim is excited to collaborate with NOFA to strengthen our local food system and to help ensure that healthy, responsibly produced food remains accessible to our communities.
