Sponsor, Exhibit & Advertise

Interested in sponsoring, exhibiting or advertising at the Winter Conference?

Sponsorship

NOFA-NH’s Winter Conference will be held in person on March 7, 2026, at Colby-Sawyer College. With the theme Taking Root: Nourishing Community, the event will feature a full day of workshops, a keynote address, and the vibrant Green Market Fair. The conference brings together farmers, gardeners, educators, and local food advocates from across the region.

Winter Conference sponsorships offer businesses high-visibility exposure to a diverse and engaged audience. All sponsorships include a set number of conference tickets, meals, advertising space in the conference program, and one exhibitor space at the Green Market Fair (available on a first-come, first-served basis).

Exhibiting

Organizations can exhibit at the Winter Conference without being a sponsor, though space is limited and priority is given to sponsors. Exhibitors at the Green Market Fair gain visibility among hundreds of attendees, receive a listing in the printed conference program, and are featured on the Winter Conference webpage. Exhibitor spaces are approximately 8’ x 8’ and include one 6’ table and two chairs (additional chairs available upon request). Exhibitors are asked to bring their own table coverings. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Advertise

Advertising opportunities are available in NOFA-NH’s Winter Conference Program, providing a prime opportunity to market to a targeted constituency in the thriving sustainable and organic marketplace. Booklets will be available in person and online, increasing advertising exposure. All ads are in full color in the digital booklet, black and white in the print booklet, and must be submitted in PNG format, minimum 300 dpi, by February 6, 2026.
