Conference Booklet
To make the conference more sustainable we will only have a limited amount of booklets at the check in table. We are requesting attendees use their phones during the conference to view the booklet. If you need one during the conference try to limit one per party. CLICK HERE to open the booklet in a separate window.
Food and Beverage
In the morning there will be light refreshments that includes coffee, tea and assorted baked goods. From 12:30-2PM a full lunch will be available in the dinning center in the banquet hall. Light morning refreshments and lunch are included in your registration.
If you would like additional food or beverage outside of what is being provided for the conference, the SNHU dining center is open until 3PM and offers assorted items for sale. This is not included with your registration.
To assist in our efforts to be sustainable, we do encourage water bottles and travel mugs. We will have limited single use items but it does not hurt to add a helping hand!
End of Conference Social
At the conclusion of the conference (5:30PM) attendees are welcome to stay and socialize. This is an informal time to meet with friends, celebrate the day or just relax. A cash bar will be setup for anyone who would like a drink. The bar is CASH ONLY. We will end this socializing time by 7:30PM at the latest.
The NH Queer Farmer Network will be hosting a meet and greet during the social time at the end of the conference for casual conversation about farming, friendship, and how you can best support each other in the coming year.
