OPX is Open for the 2011 Season

The 2011 Organic Price Index

Welcome to the NOFA-NH Organic Price Index (OPX). This pricing tool is used by consumers and buyers of all sorts to determine the current pricing level for products.

Market managers and producers use the OPX pricing tool to set a fair market price for their products. Pricing data is collected and posted weekly on Wednesdays.

NOFA-NH wants the OPX to be representative of the state of NH. We welcome anyone who wants to contribute pricing data to the OPX. If you have a product or sell in non-conventional units, we will add products and units to the list. Please consider using conventional units as it makes pricing data more consistent. All data is kept confidential, only the compiled high, low and average prices are posted.

If you would like to contribute pricing data, contact Judith Pietroniro at judith.prg@comcast.net or Jim Ramanek at jim.ramanek@gmail.com to get on the email list.

Pricing spreadsheets are emailed out on Saturdays. Compiled data is posted on Wednesdays. You do not have to be certified organic, but must farm organically or in a sustainable fashion. If you have questions, please contact Jim at the above email address. Please consider contributing your pricing data.
