NOFA-NH Local & Organic Food Project
The NOFA-NH Local & Organic Food Project (LOFP) was initiated in recognition of the need to make local and organic products as widely available and readily accessible as possible. One of the components of the LOFP is the NOFA-NH Local & Organic Food Networks Manual which documents some of the work done in Canterbury, NH to strengthen that community's local food network. We hope that the telling of these stories will provide inspiration and guidance to others who are working to strengthen the local and organic food networks in their own communities.
The NOFA-NH Local & Organic Food Networks Manual is available here in downloadable pdf format.
An online version of the NOFA-NH Local & Organic Food Networks Manual is under construction here, and when complete will serve not only to tell the Canterbury story but to connect you to ongoing local and organic projects in your own communities.
