Internship Program

NOFA-NH created it's first Internship Program this year and it was quite a success! Our intern Elaina Enzien won the School to Career Award at Bow High School for demonstrating outstanding career readiness.

NOFA-NH will continue to design internship programs for students who are interested in organic food, sustainability, environment and agriculture. Students will learn how to put their ideals into practice with hands-on experience in our office, at our conferences, on our member farms and in the community.

During the internship period, the student will assist in various projects such as updating our Farm/Food Map, assisting with Programs and helping our farmer's and members.  Throughout the internship, the student will document their experiential learning process.  At the end of the internship, the student will complete a final report for their graduation requirements.
